Where do you or your org sit on the AI-adoption curve?

This assessment places you on a six-level scale, from Level 0, where AI gets talked about but does no real work, to Level 5, where the business notices, decides, and acts on its own within limits people set.

To get there, it scores six things separately: what information the AI can see, what it is allowed to do on its own, who can build new AI workflows, how the work itself has changed, how you would know if AI did something wrong, and whether it is delivering measurable value.

Your level score is the lowest of those six scores, not the average. The weakest score is the one that sets the overall assessed level, with a breakout score for each dimension’s individual level.

The questions ask for facts, not how you feel about your progress. About eight minutes. Answers are saved anonymously, so we can see how results spread across everyone who takes it. Nothing that identifies you is kept unless you ask for your result by email at the end.
